Gladiator strength training- check out the guy in green

July 13th, 2010 • By: admin Uncategorized

I attended the EFX Fitness seminar in Oxford last weekend and got stuck into this gladiator training session by Neil Parsley, he's the GB taekwondo and GB Wrestling strength and conditioning coach.

I'm the one dressed in green hammering the tyre with a sledge hammer, have some of that!

I really enjoyed doing this and if anyone in Oxford sets this up I will be there like a flash.

The seminar was really enjoyable and I learnt quite a few good tips that I can use

Advertising concept book

One of the great things I like about a trip to the Tate Modern is spending time in the bookshop.

If your looking to get your creative juices flowing there’s such a wide variety.

At the moment I’m trying to come up with a brand strategy for matt and my sports nutrition business.

These book teaches and deconstructd many succesful ad vertisong campaigns focusing on the concept if you can’t get the concept right then you are stuffed.

Will report mire on my learnings from it.

Cultured day out in London

June 5th, 2010 • By: admin Family, Uncategorized

Just coming back on the coach from a day out in London.

We headed for Borough Market to begin with, it’s a little bit of foody heaven with loads of great stores.

Got some yummy salads from a middle eastern stall, a bottle of flax seed oil some sumac dried and crushed middle eastern berry and a couple of alphonso mangoes for Jack. Mangos are his favorite.

We then walked along to the tate modern to see the photography exhibition Exposed voyueristic street photography. Good but not great.

Cup of tea on the balcony before walking back along the river to Westminster and home. It’s been really hot so we had half a Stella each. Thought I’d be too pissed if I has a whole pint. Lol how times change
