Ingredients : shallot, garlic, red chillies, pinch of ground corriander, grind it all together make as a paste. Browning with a little bit of oil until soft, then add the peanut butter (crunchy or smooth), mix till corporate, take it from the stove then add the sweet soya sauce (kecap manisABC) and squeeze a bit of lemon juice.Chicken satay would be nicer if you marinate it in crushed shallot, ground coriander, kecap and butter, leave it at least 1 – 2 hour.
